Tirth brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial technology, data strategy, and AI-driven transformation. Most recently, he served as Head of Commercial Business Insights & Technology at Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, where he led a large global team delivering data platforms, analytics, AI systems, and commercial technology solutions across markets worldwide.
Prior to BMS, he held progressive roles at Novartis, Pfizer, IQVIA, and Cognizant, building deep expertise in commercial technology and analytics across the pharma value chain.
At Improzo, he will lead our Data & AI practice within the GCC, bringing expertise in building high-performing teams, designing AI-first strategies, and embedding scalable data and AI capabilities for our pharma clients.
