With a strong prior background at ZS Associates, a global leader in healthcare consulting, she has consistently delivered transformative solutions for leading Pharma and MedTech clients across US and international markets. Kalyani’s deep expertise in incentive compensation, omnichannel marketing, and sales force effectiveness has driven measurable growth and commercial success for organizations. As a dynamic leader, she is committed to fostering strong client partnerships, enabling data-driven decision-making, and helping businesses thrive in the evolving healthcare landscape.

In addition to her tenure at ZS Associates, Kalyani has served in key analytical/ leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY) and Cognizant Technology Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University.
