About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal to lead key customers in CA. We’re seeking passionate Principals to help life sciences companies achieve their ambitious goals. You’ll leverage Improzo’s cutting-edge technology and expertise to build strong client relationships, drive impactful solutions, and shape the future of healthcare.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development: Cultivate strong relationships with senior client executives (C-suite, VP, Director levels) across data, analytics, operations, and IT departments.
  • Consistently Deliver High Impact Services: Ensure high-quality client delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead the development and execution of innovative solutions that address client challenges and deliver exceptional value.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team, guiding their professional development.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership activities inclusive of white papers, speaking engagements to showcase innovation
  • Revenue: Drive revenue growth and profitability across all accounts, meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Seasoned leader with 15+ years of proven success in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate high-value client relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details, biased for quality and client centricity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Must be US Based
