He has successfully delivered globally recognized, compliant and award-winning solutions across the drug development and delivery value chain, leveraged by both Top 10 and emerging pharma customers, enabling tens of thousands of users across 100+ countries. Jane Urban has 20 years of experience in the life sciences space both as a practitioner and a consultant. She builds new functions and high performing teams in the biopharma space. She recently transformed customer engagement at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals as VP of Customer Engagement, a newly formed division combining capabilities in omnichannel, analytics, insights, forecasting, commercial operations, and field effectiveness. Prior to Otsuka, in her 7 years at Takeda, Jane held roles at the VP level across global commercial and medical data, US data and analytics, and Commercial Operations integration with the Shire acquisition. Prior to Takeda, Jane worked on healthcare commercialization related roles in consulting and healthcare at Baxter and IMS Health, now IQVIA.
Kalyani Nivsarkar joins Improzo as the Director of Insights and Analytics, bringing over 14 years of industry experience, specializing in strategic consulting, business intelligence, and commercial analytics. With a strong prior background at ZS Associates, a global leader in healthcare consulting, she has consistently delivered transformative solutions for leading Pharma and MedTech clients across US and international markets. Kalyani’s deep expertise in incentive compensation, omnichannel marketing, and sales force effectiveness has driven measurable growth and commercial success for organizations. As a dynamic leader, she is committed to fostering strong client partnerships, enabling data-driven decision-making, and helping businesses thrive in the evolving healthcare landscape.

She is known for her ability to craft strategic solutions tailored to clients of all sizes. She excels in data, analytics, real-world evidence (RWE), and technology, providing expert guidance across key business units such as HEOR, Commercial, and Data Science to help organizations drive impactful insights. Michelle began her career at Kelly Waldron, a boutique consultancy, where she leveraged data and analytics to develop innovative solutions. She continued to expand her expertise at industry-leading organizations including Verispan (now IQVIA), Indegene, and, most recently, PurpleLab. Her deep understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering value-driven strategies have made her a trusted partner in the industry.
Jason Harlander has over 15 years of experience leading operations, customer success, product support and program management across high-growth startups and enterprise organizations in the life sciences industry. Jason has built and led global teams, driven customer satisfaction, and implemented scalable processes that fuel customer adoption and business growth.
He has launched AI-powered platforms, built cross-functional departments, led strategy, and driven global product support and customer experience teams. Jason’s work has consistently elevated customer success and operational excellence. He’s an expert in Salesforce, Veeva CRM and Vault, Jira, ServiceNow, IT infrastructure, and software validation—delivering measurable value to clients across Commercial IT, Pharma, and Life Sciences.
He has held senior leadership roles at ODAIA, Sware, Mavens – A Komodo Health Company, and Veeva Systems, where he specialized in commercial IT architecture, CRM optimization, and customer engagement strategy for emerging biotech, mid-size pharma, and large global pharmaceutical companies.
Sunil Vij has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences space across consulting and industry roles. He specializes in digital transformation, analytics, and commercial strategy for global pharmaceutical and MedTech companies. Most recently, he has partnered with leading pharmaceutical organizations to design and implement AI-driven, technology-enabled commercial solutions that accelerate performance and enhance patient engagement. Earlier in his career, Sunil held leadership and consulting roles at IQVIA, ZS, IDO, and Accenture, advising clients across the Middle East, India, US, and EU on market and patient insights, commercial operations, and M&A strategy and execution. He is passionate about building future-ready digital platforms that connect healthcare, data, and technology to deliver measurable business impact. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
