To the maximum extent permitted by law, Improzo is not responsible for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information that occurs despite our implementation of such safeguards, or that results from factors beyond our reasonable control.

2.Human Resources and Talent Management

If you apply for a position with Improzo or reach out regarding potential opportunities, we may collect information such as your résumé, contact details, professional background, and other information you choose to share. This information is used only for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating qualifications, managing the recruitment process, administering employment records, and meeting our legal or regulatory obligations as an employer. Improzo may retain and process this information as reasonably necessary to operate our HR and compliance functions in accordance with applicable laws.

Improzo may process or disclose personal information when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or requests from public authorities. 4.Opt-Out, Data Rights & Preferences:

No registration is required to access our Sites, though certain Services may collect personal data as described in this Policy. To opt out of marketing communications, simply reply to any email from us with “unsubscribe” or send us a message via “Contact Us” page on the website. 

Operational, support, legal, or security-related messages cannot be opted out of. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no uniform standard exists; instead, we honor opt-out preferences through cookie settings and applicable laws like CCPA.

5.Data Sharing Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, perform our Services, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose, for example, contact details are kept for ongoing business relationships or 3 years post-interaction, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.

Security is a priority: we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This notice supplements the Improzo Privacy Policy and provides information required under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) and similar statutes. “Personal Information” is defined as set forth in those laws.

Categories of Personal Information Collected: In the past 12 months, we have collected only the following categories of Personal Information as detailed in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy:

    • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address)
    • Internet Activity (e.g., browsing data)
    • Professional/Employment Information (e.g., title, company)

We do not sell or share Personal Information as defined under these laws. No biometric, geolocation, sensory, financial, or health data is collected.

Your Rights Under State Laws: Residents of California and certain other states have the right to:

    • Request disclosure of categories/sources/purposes of Personal Information collected (Right to Know)
    • Request deletion (subject to exceptions)
    • Request corrections of inaccuracies

We do not discriminate against exercising these rights.

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable with notice). Limited to two requests per 12 months. Authorized agents must provide signed authorization.
